Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Coupe delivered the most beautiful dozen long-stem red roses with baby's breath and ferns to my bride early on Valentine's Day morning, despite temperatures in the teens. The flowers were perfectly protected from the elements and are now opening slowly from buds to full blossoms. Thank you for your usual excellent choice, arrangement, and delivery service! 5 stars for Coupe Flowers! I ordered online a Valentine's bouquet at 9:15 a. m. on the day before Valentine's Day, and the bouquet was delivered within 3 hours, fresh and beautiful, despite cold and snowy February weather.
